The Canada Soccer Entry Level Referee Online Theory Modules may be completed at any time throughout the year.

Block 1 – Canada Soccer Entry Level Referee Online Theory Modules – Register Now
- Must be 14 years old at time of registration
- $30 Registration Fee until February 14, 2026
- Fee increases on February 15, 2026 to $40
- Once payment is complete, an access code will be provided to complete the registration process and access to the online modules
- Once completed, send the PDF of the Canada Soccer Certificate of Completion to kate@soccerns.ca
Block 2 – Soccer Nova Scotia In-person Practical Session
- In-person Sessions run from March 15 – June 1, 2026 provincewide
- In-person Practical Session Schedule and Registration Link will be available late February 2026 on the Entry Level Referee Course Information page
- Registration requires a password to be completed
- Registration is on a first come, first served basis and space will be limited
- Registration Fee is $90
To become a Certified Referee, both Block 1 and Block 2 must be completed.
