Every player in Nova Scotia is at a different stage in their soccer career. Some play purely for fun while others aspire to make National Teams.

Grassroots is the most important part of the player pathway. This is where we give children their first experience in soccer. Ensuring that this experience is fun, enjoyable and safe is essential.

For competitive players who display the desire and competency to play at higher levels, there are different programs to help them reach their potential.

The Provincial Program brings together the top performing aged players U13–U16 in the Nova Scotia for exposure to a higher level of training and competition.

The Canada Games brings together more than 2,000 able-bodied athletes and athletes with physical and intellectual disabilities for the largest amateur multi-sport event in the country.
