Soccer Nova Scotia is seeking a Referee Development Manager (RDM) to provide strategic leadership for the province-wide referee program.

Referees are essential to delivering safe, fair, and positive soccer experiences at every level of the game. This leadership role will guide the long-term development and sustainability of refereeing in Nova Scotia, overseeing referee pathways, education systems, mentoring structures, and strategic initiatives that support recruitment, retention, and progression.

Working closely with leagues, districts, volunteer leaders, and Canada Soccer, the Referee Development Manager will help strengthen the referee ecosystem across the province and ensure consistent development opportunities for officials at all levels.
