Soccer Nova Scotia and Canada Soccer are pleased to invite member clubs to apply for the Canada Soccer National Youth Club Licence (NYCL). 

The NYCL is the highest category of recognition within the Club Licensing Program, with applications managed by Canada Soccer with support from Soccer Nova Scotia. 

Interested member clubs are invited to apply with a letter of intent by August 31, 2026 through the link below:

Following August 31, 2026, applicants will receive access to the Canada Soccer Club Licensing System and NYCL Application Package, which must be submitted to Canada Soccer by November 1, 2026.
