Soccer Nova Scotia – Annual General Meeting Notice &  Delegate Information

Sunday, June 13, 2025, 10 AM, BMO Soccer Centre – Halifax 

The Soccer Nova Scotia Association’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday, June 13th, 2026, starting at 10:00 am.

At BMO Soccer Centre – Board Room, 210 Thomas Raddall Drive, Halifax, NS B3S 0J2

Delegates and Voting:

As per SNS Bylaw Article 11 b) VOTING, “all delegates must be appointed by the appropriate member and notice of their appointment shall be sent to the Association no later than fifteen (15) days before a General meeting”. Complete the online Delegate Form no later than Friday, May 29, 2026.

• District associations may be represented by two delegates
  • District associations are entitled to votes as per SNS By-law Article 11 a) ii)
• Inter-district leagues and NSSL are entitled to one (1) delegates
  • Inter-district leagues and are entitled  two (2) votes
• Associate members are entitled to one (1) delegate
  • Associate members are not entitled to any votes
• Referee associations are entitled to one (1) delegate each
  • Referee associations are entitled to two votes
