Soccer Nova Scotia is growing, and we’re looking for a Referee Operations Coordinator to join our team.

If you’re highly organized, enjoy working with people, and have a passion for supporting sport, this is an opportunity to play a key role in the delivery and growth of the referee program across Nova Scotia.

In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the referee program, including registration, education, communications, compliance, events, and reporting. You’ll work closely with referees, instructors, assignors, volunteers, leagues, and clubs to help ensure the program runs efficiently and provides a positive experience for officials at all levels of the game.

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Whether it’s coordinating a referee course, supporting provincial events, managing registration systems, or helping develop resources and communications, you’ll be at the centre of a program that supports hundreds of referees across the province.

Referees are an essential part of the game, and this position plays an important role in ensuring they have the tools, support, and opportunities they need to succeed.
